As a local home builder and lifelong area resident with agriculture and ranch interests, Rusty focuses on preserving a rural atmosphere surrounded by conservation wilderness. He is also a long-time supporter of the area’s high school rodeo team and an invaluable mentor to the next generation who will one day manage Webster Construction.
Austin Smoot graduated cum laude with a technical sales degree from Weber State University before entering real estate in 2006. Since then, he has become a leading real estate agent in the area and co-owner of a construction company that specializes in maximizing property values based on local zoning, construction costs, and development timelines. He is also an avid recreational sportsman who enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and boating.

McKinley Smoot grew up on his family’s ranch in Kamas Valley and fell in love with the land. Today, following in the family’s agriculture and livestock footsteps, McKinley splits his time between tending livestock and introducing new residents to everything Kamas Valley offers as a place where people can escape the hustle of the suburbs and city life without sacrificing the amenities that those areas provide.
