The Hart Crossing Commmunity

Hart Crossing is a master-planned enclave community nestled in the Kamas Valley, gateway to the Uinta Mountains and Wasatch National Forest. Although known for its rich farmland, the valley is bordered by a scenic conservation area surrounded by low rolling hills and valley highlands with stepped views of snowcapped mountains in the late winter and early spring.

Kamas Valley consists of a collection of smaller towns — Francis, Kamas, Marion, Oakley, Samak, and Woodland — and is framed by two river crossings — the Weber River to the north and Provo River to the south. Hart Crossing is located close to Francis on the western edge of Summit County, only 15 minutes away from Park City and 45 minutes from Salt Lake City.
